Abstract: | This article deals with corporate marriages. One of the most important of the lesser-known techniques is knowing how to "tie the knot", that is, how to form different types of alliances with different partners. There are 2 broad categories of partners in the online world: those that help drive a companys business model and those that help drive the customer value proposition. E-leaders build an alliance network that merges both seamlessly without losing the focus on the overall customer experience. |
