| Abstract: | With support from the international lending institutuions, several SSA countries, since 1980s, tried to improve structures by implementing Structural Adjustment Programs (SAPs) to instill methods of economic growth in the stagnated economies. The overall effects of these SAPs, though, have been not quit succesful, generating unstable results in the region. |
