Abstract: | High levels of body satisfaction were exhibited and associated with the ability to perform physical activity well. Therefore, a lean and defined body was desired, raterh than a hypermuscular physique. The men were highly conscious of physical appearance and exhibited a preoccupation with low body fat levels, for themselves and others. |
