| Abstract: | In October 1997, the Business Council for Sustainable Development-Gulf of Mexico (BCSD-GM) launched a demonstration By-Product Synergy project in Tampico, Mexico with a group of 21 local industries. The goal was to promote joint commercial development among economic sectors so that one industry's wastes became another industry's inputs. |
