| Abstract: | ERP systems provide opportunities for expanded management thinking through better data quality and availability. Executives and managers must carefully clarify and map the organization's processes, management expectations, and decision-information need associated with these systems. ERP systems can deliver relevant data despite these risks, but users should still be able to distinguish relevant data for their analysis. |
