Abstract:The author of the article states that too many businesses enter into deals without first finding out crucial information about their counterparts and advices to look before you leap. The author also states that the decisions we make in our everyday lives are based on certain amount of information gathering, research and analysis. The amount of information we need before making a particular decision is usually linked to that decision importance and it is also related to the consequences of getting the decision wrong. The author also considers the basis for business decisions and states that cost of making far reaching decisions without getting the answers to the key questions can be significant.
