| Abstract: | The authors of the article consider bank risk survey. The authors state that this year the survey concentrated on five main areas. These areas included over 70 items, each of which was graded and weighted according to its relevant importance. They consider the following subjects: importance of risk disclosure, scope of survey, main areas of survey, results by bank and country, strengths and weaknesses by main area, credit risk, market risks, operational risk, asset and liability management. The authors also provide tables on the following topics: banks included in the survey, results by country, resulting by main area, top ten banks, main areas of the study, distribution of surveyed banks per country. |
