Abstract: | In this article differences between EoP-and integrated solutions are analysed, based on complexity and newness of the water-protection-solutions. Central result is that integrated solutions opposite EoP-solutions gave less problems for the enterprises, in the phases implementation and normal-business. In this context it was interesting that the subjective assessment of the project risks through the decision makers showed advantages for EoP-solutions. Therefore it is to assume that integrated solutions in the project-preparation-phase will be seen more critically (in technical and economic aspects) and are processed therefore more consistently than EoP-solutions. That allows the supposition that integrated solutions take more risk to be discarded earlier. |
