Abstract: | Cultural activities and entrepreneurship do not contradict. Moreover, a synthesis is nowadays preferable in view of the shortage of public funds and an increasing number of new startups in the cultural sector. For privately financed cultural companies besides the cultural quality the economic success is a very significant point. Entrepreneurial success gains more and more importance even for the founders an directors of the above mentioned kind of companies. This article analysis on the basis of entrepreneurial research results the influence of process and structural entrepreneurial thinking on the success of the privately financed culture industry. The results show that the existence of entrepreneurial thinking of fonders and directors of privately financed cultural companies is a critical point referring to their success. |
