Abstract: | On-line auction sites have not formerly been researhced with respect to bidding behaviour and the reasons why consumers use auction sites. This paper draws upon three different disciplines and shows that propensity to bid in on-line auctions is influenced by acceptance of technology, involvement with auctions, and affinity for computers. |
