| Abstract: | Exceedingly talented and motivated employees for whom a positive development perspective is provided within the firm are called High Potentials. Numerous high potentials in two large firms were questioned as to which effect material, non-material and social incentives have on their continuance of work at their current employer. The results offer clues concerning to the efficient way of motivating this precious group of employees highly endangered by job changes and to raising the probability of being able to retain them within the enterprise. |
