| Abstract: | Article examines recycling of packaging materials in Norway. In Norway is thought that there should be a socio-economic balance between different waste treatment options. In Norway they have also set a target that a number of waste should at least to be recycled. A cost-benefit analysis is used to show is the Norwegian recycling policy really cost-effective. |
