Abstract: | This article suggests a theoretical model exploring the interrelationship between affective post-purchase states, behaviour and expectations. The authorĀ“s of this article argue that there exists two types of expectations which influences post-purchase affective states. 11 propositions are presented relating to expectations and interrelationships with post-purchase affective states. Managerial implications are also discussed. |
