| Abstract: | The effect of collective bargaining on within-company wage dispersion is analysed for the case of Spain. What is relevant in the Spanish case is to compare the effect of the two basic levels of bargaining (company and sector) on wage dispersion. By using the Oaxa-Blinder decomposition, it is concluded in this paper that collective agreements at company level have negative effect on wage dispersion. |
