| Abstract: | This article tries to propose organizational elements which might explain the speed of information technology adoption and the differences in the extent of it. Based on this aim, analysis of 16 cases in Spain in pharmaceutical sector are carried out. The relationship between company and its member-cllients in the case of cooperative firms is also concerned. |
