| Abstract: | This article's aim is to encourage dialogue that might lead to cross-fertilization between interpretive workplace studies and various analysis and design methods used in most system projects. The article also presents a hypothetical situation concerning the analysis of a loan approval system in a large bank. It uses hypothetical accounts of the three analysis efforts to propose likely differences in the process and in the results. |
