| Abstract: | This article takes a look at the residents' attitudes toward tourism impacts on the natural environment and to forests within the larger framework of total impacts of tourism. The results show that residents are responsive to tourists development in the study area. Residents show widely held concern for negative effects of tourism for instance the impacts on the forests in the area. These negative impacts are attributed to the quality of decision-making by the public authority. |
