Abstract:The paper explores employee, managerial and ethics officer perceptions regarding their companies' codes of ethics, considering the role that code content and code process might play with respect to the effectiveness of codes in affecting behaviour. The study was conducted by interviewing Canadian organization members, and it identifies both important and not important factors to code effectiveness.
