Abstract: | This article looks into the issue of integrating sustainability into company strategy by using a Scorecard. Ambitious companies want to balance their economic (compliance, profit), social and ecological targets, for which this paper suggests a format of a Responsive Business Scorecard (RBS). The RBS includes five perspectives: Customer & Suppliers, Financiers & Owners, Society & Planet, Internal Process and Employees & Learning. The practical feasibility of the scorecard is assessed in food and tourist industries. |
