Abstract:Based on the review of the existing literature and models about corporate identity the six station model of corporate identity is introduced in the article. Ten criteria are suggested to be fundamental for solid models and based on this the six station model is presented. To experiment the usefulness of the model, 28 interviews were conducted among business managers and corporate identity consultants. The results indicate that the model is regarded as useful and has managerial applicability, but business managers would need more training and systems to fully exploit the model.
