Abstract:This article presents a debate between Laura Hartman, J.D., and Dr. Moses Pava on topics related to the EverQuest v. EverCrack case. The Oxford style debate includes two opposing viewpoints and a third party with a neutral viewpoint. In this debate, the parties took diametrically opposing views - corporate responsibility versus personal responsibility. Ms. Hartman argued in favour of personal responsibility while Dr. Pava stated that Sony Online Entertainment ha corporate responsibility toward Mr. Woolley and all other individuals similarly situated.
