| Abstract: | With globalization, businesses and their divisions are increasingly spreading across the world. Hence, the need to collaborate and maximize organizational knowledge becomes more important. This article describes the initial setting up, development and subsequent maintenance carried out by the KM team at civil engineering firm, Parsons Brinckerhoff. Included are the importance of individual behaviours, the use of social network analysis and reasons for the importance of hard metrics. |
