| Abstract: | Methodology of cultivation and integration of practices is defined and in this article as well as evaluation model in organizations is created. Based on the results of a qualitative study in different kinds of companies, a cultivation model of CoPs was created. It includes the detection analysis of CoPs in organization, the analysis of CoPs' necessity in organizations, the analysis of the appropriate CoPs in each organization and the evaluation model for the integrated CoPs. The paper develops a valid and sustainable cultivation model of CoPs in any organization. |
