| Abstract: | Supply chain management has been a topic of discussion worldwide, and especially shortening supply chain has been the main issue. Shortening supply chain means reducing the process time required for supply chain activities, such as logistics, information and design process. This paper proposes methods of shortening supply chain. The paper also builds up a supply chain performance measure to evaluate the efficiency of methods of shortening supply chain. |
