| Abstract: | In this study the authors use survey data collected from university students to research how attitudes toward copyright law along with economic and demographic factors affect the degree of music copyright violations. The authors find that while students are reactive to economic incentives and awareness of risk, the degree of these incentives has not reversed the overall tendency to engage in file-sharing. |
