Abstract: | The number of global rules affecting the organizations has increased. This study examines the issue of global regulation and evaluates the contribution of Stockholm Centre for Organisational Research (hereafter as: Stockholm School). According to Stockholm School, the global regulation consists of standards that give advice of the best practices. This article evaluates the approach by using 'international relations' as a benchmark. The case of global anti-money laundering regulation is used to illustrate arguments. |
