| Abstract: | This article concentrates on the Pinochet case and especially human rights. Methodological cosmopolitanism is used as a perspective. The study develops ideal types of public policies and gives methodological implications. Sociologists need to take political culture more seriously in order to understand the issues of cosmopolitan justice. |
