| Abstract: | This historical look reviews tourism in Cuba and the Caribbean before and during the period of Castro. It also simulates quantitatively scenarios of tourism in Cuba in a post-Castro world. The study indicates that Cuba may attract American tourists from competitors and become a dominant player in tourism. |
