Abstract:This article considers the universally accessibility of hospitality and tourism companiesÂ’ websites. It offers an introduction to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and some legal cases, though the courts have not yet defined whether the AD A applies websites. 20 websites were analyzed on the bases of accessibility paying particular attention to the use of websites by persons with visual impairments. The paper provides generalized useful suggestions how to rate sides and design web content for all customers.
