Abstract:In this study the authors review the Bologna Process (hereafter as BP) from dynamic strategy and used methodology point of view. The paper identifies three phases in the development of methodology: the first two of which shows that the methodology and the strategy behind the BP have a close interaction with other. The third phase suggests that the boundless confidence is changed to moderation when achieved progress is considered at institutional level of higher education.
