| Abstract: | This article provides greater understanding about various service quality factors that determine freight transport choices. The examination paid particular attention to transfer quality factors like service frequency, transport time, the reliability of delivery, the risk of losses, the flexibility of the carrier and safety. The analyzed data was collected from Belgian transport managers, who filled in the questionnaire developed for this study. The findings are compared with the results of previous studies. |
