| Abstract: | In this paper, an evaluation method is proposed based on social network analysis (SNA) and indexes referring to knowledge creation. It is concluded with an application on a real case study showing how this methodology can be used as a knowledge management (KM) tool to increase the creative output of virtual teams (VTs). |
