Abstract:The House of Rothschild was a significant participant in the financial, industrial, railway and mining sectors in Spain between 1835 and 1931. This article looks at the impact of the social networks of information and decision making process in the effectuation of Rothschilds' commercial success. Particular attention is paid in the roles of agents, clientele, partners and correspondents.
