| Abstract: | This study reports on the survey of top managers as to knowledge management (KM) strategy development and implementation (herein as: d-and-i.) . It is based on a survey data gathered from leading Australian companies. It builds on other empirical case studies, looking at mechanisms of KM strategy d-and-i. The results offer a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities for successful KM strategy d-and-i., possibly supporting in designing KM teams in organizations. |
