| Abstract: | The article investigates the multidimensional nature and role of objects drawing on the knowledge work around a visual representations. An architectural design project's knowledge work is used as a source of observations combined with data collected from existing literature. In particular, the epistemic nature of objects is emphasized. The article explains how visual representations are used, and how they are meaningful to different stakeholders. |
