Abstract:The potential for different effects of justice on performance by gender is analyzed across four contemporary justice types. A sample of 113 female and 265 male occupationally diverse employee respondents is studied. The findings indicate notable differences in how women and men respond to the four justice types, with only one type, informational justice, acting similarly by gender.
