| Abstract: | This article demonstrates death awareness research to scholars. It is explained how mortality salience can be studied with workplace behavior. Applying the Terror Management Theory (TMT) framework, mortality salience is examined in combination with several workplace phenomena, including aggression, discrimination, and punishment. |
