Abstract: | As a result of the multiplication of information services and data banks new medias are necessary to access to the required data. Telematics services as "Teletel" in France make information attainable for a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, thus enabling them to improve considerably their decision making system and to change their marketing strategy using telematics as a tool of direct marketing. As French experience proved, banks can also increase their clientele introducing "home banking services". |
