Abstract: | Organizations are at present trying to find an optimum plane of management levels to correct the proliferation of too many layers in management. The authors recommend a correct classification of work-levels which any particular organization is assumed to use. By this approach, the right line management structure is almost defined by itself. This approach has been applied to clarify management in industry, commerce and public welfare. |
