| Abstract: | Arts organizations face significant challenges to increase funding support, expand membership, and seek out and improve corporate and governmental sponsorship. To attain these goals, they have tended to operate in a more businesslike manner, and have increasingly utilized computer support systems. But significant problems exist in implementing computers in arts organizations. There are shortages of management information system personnel trained for, and willing to accept the salary structure in these fields. |
