| Abstract: | The new article of the EEC Anti-dumping Regulation is discussed. The first effects on foreign trade are analysed. The historic background of the topic is highlighted. The conditions for imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty are listed. Provisions are compared with the GATT Antidumping Code. The most important problems of the new EEC regulation are summarized. The questions of discriminating treatment are mentioned. The barriers companies planning to set up a production facility in the EEC have to face are analysed. |
