| Abstract: | The frenzied pace of technological progress has obliged business enterprises to maintain a very high rate of innovation and the speed and ease with which a firm can adapt to change are critical factors in its success or failure. "Integral innovation" is suggested as an approach that promises success and which is based on the interaction of innovations in all departments. This produces a corporate momentum which both confers a significant advantage over competitors and is difficult to imitate. Preconditions for the success of innovations, however, are a stable economy and the absence of social strife. |
