Abstract: | A review of benefit costs and value, health costs, operating margins, the discouragement of union organization, and economic education for 100 employees of the Michigan Spring Company. The author recommends identifying the goals, knowing your employees, exploring health care costs and benefits, plan designing and ensuring workers control their own destiny, based on the flexible benefits scheme adopted at his company, an element of which was employees keying their preferred benefit scheme into the company computer. |
