| Abstract: | Boards of directors in subsidiaries of multinational corporations can have a range of useful roles in providing governance and advice to local subsidiaries. The subsidiary boards can increase the overall corporate vision by providing added means of overseeing local region governance as well as keeping an eye on the more global values and strategies of the parent corporation. |
