Abstract: | Several new technological developments point to a quickening pace of product differentiation through networks. Therefore marketing is proposed to work closely with the firm's management information system; to research and document the ccustomers' wish lists; to establish a permanent committee conducting brainstorming regularly; to develop an encyclopaedia of other people's success stories; to have a recruiting and staffing plan designed to improve the marketing department's technology skills. |
