| Abstract: | An analysis of assessment centre evaluations of candidates for evidence of assessor-assessee sex effects, which revealed the main effect for assessee sex, favouring females over males and interaction effect between sex composition of assessor group and assessee sex. A comparison of the results with past empirical evidence, and current theory. A Table gives the results of the analysis. |
