Abstract:An innovation project in an organization is considered to be a process of constructing a new social reality: a new coincident meaning among the parties involved has to be created. The characteristics of the action strategies used to elaborate this new meaning will condition the organizational learning. This work hypothesis is derived from in-depth case studies of three innovation projects in large organizations. Its insights can help to increase the awareness of the task-demands of an innovation among the parties involved and facilitate the process.
