Abstract:Consulting, with a few exceptions, is not a one-man profession - it supposes real teamwork. There is a clear division in the education of consultants: MBA (master of business administration) for strategic consulting for one part, and degree of engineer's diploma for organizational consulting. Consulting firms are increasingly sought for their potential of innovation. The profession of consultant requires a kind of autonomy and bravery because the cases of management are always different. There are no ready-made prescriptions for his interventions. First of all the consultant must be able to generate new ideas and create values which he must transfer to the organization-client.
