| Abstract: | Though deinstitutionalization is a largely effective and cost-efficient policy, its efforts have often met with strong opposition. An expectancy-value model was used to measure and explain receptivity attitudes toward the implementation of deinstitutionalization programmes.This approach can be applied for assessing the implementation climate for planned change. |
