| Abstract: | Organizational commitment is investigated in a career context. A model of organizational commitment was developed using factors associated with self, with family and with career. All these factors were influential in explaining the variance in organizational commitment. The results show that family, career, and organizational issues have the major influence on organizational commitment. |
